How do I join Johnny’s Dough Rewards?

Signing up is easy! Simply click here, fill out your information and start earning!

How do I earn points + rewards?

For every $1 spent on Dine In, Takeout & Delivery, and Online Orders, you earn 1 point. For every 100 points, you automatically receive a $5 reward! You also receive a free birthday surprise and extra points for referring your friends to the program.

How are my points tracked?

Your points are tracked via your registered account. When ordering in store, give your server your registered account phone number to automatically earn points on the order. If you are placing an online order, sign in with your registered Johnny’s Dough Rewards account! Login to view your current points and rewards.

How do I redeem a reward?

When you have an available reward, all you have to do is provide your phone number in-store or sign into your account for online ordering and redeem the reward you’d like to use.

Can I receive points for a purchase if I forgot to add my loyalty number?

Yes, along as the transaction is within 30 days of your purchase. Please fill out the request form and submit.

What if I don't have a receipt from my transaction?

We are unable to provide credit for points without a legible receipt.

Can I submit a missed transaction request for an order placed through a third party platform?

Unfortunately, our system is unable to process requests for transactions placed outside of our online ordering system or in-store purchases.
