How do I earn points + rewards?

For every $1 spent on Dine In, Takeout & Delivery, and Online Orders, you earn 1 point. For every 100 points, your points are automatically converted to a $5 reward! You also receive a free birthday surprise and extra points for referring your friends to the program.

How are my points tracked?

Your points are tracked via your registered account. When ordering in store, give your server your registered account phone number to automatically earn points on the order. If you are placing an online order, sign in with your registered Johnny’s Dough Rewards account! Login to view your current points and rewards.

How do I redeem a reward?

When you have an available reward, all you have to do is provide your phone number in-store or sign into your account for online ordering and redeem the reward you’d like to use at check out.

Can I receive points for a purchase if I forgot to add my loyalty number?

Yes, as long as the transaction is within 30 days of your purchase. Please fill out the request form and submit. Please allow 48 business hours to process your request. Points are earned on the subtotal of the check, before taxes & tips.

Can I submit a missed transaction request for an order placed through a third party platform?

Unfortunately, our system is unable to process requests for transactions placed outside of our online ordering system.

When do I get my points for referring my friend to the loyalty program?

You will get your “refer a friend” points after your friend signs up and has their first transaction with the loyalty program.

How do I get my loyalty points on my Call in/Pick up Orders?

1. Place your order over the phone or in store.
2. Before you pay, let the cashier know you are a loyalty member and provide them with the phone number associated with your account.
3. The cashier will be able to see if you have any Rewards to use and the check total will add points to your wallet.
4. Eat Pizza. Get Points. Save Dough.

How do I get my loyalty points on my "Online Purchases"?

1. Log in to your loyalty account prior to placing the order on your computer or on the mobile app.
2. Create your order and go to the checkout cart. You will see a section called Rewards. It will list any available rewards you have to use. Apply the reward and then checkout. If you do not have any rewards, you will still get points for this transaction.
3. Eat pizza. Get Points. Save Dough.
